Wash+

Phrozen Wash+ is an innovative system for cleaning 3D-printed dental components and has been specially developed to meet the needs of dentists and dental laboratories. With its versatile dual-tank system and efficient cleaning process, Wash+ enables thorough and time-saving removal of excess resin and other residues in a single cleaning cycle.

Versatile cleaning process

Wash+ is equipped with a double tank system to ensure more flexibility in the cleaning process to meet all requirements.

Two-step cleaning process

Wash+ supports a simple, two-step cleaning process. In the first step, the model can be cleaned in cloudy IPA and in the second step in clean IPA to achieve maximum cleaning performance.

Double the washing performance

Both tanks can accommodate a 9.3-inch build plate, allowing up to 24 dental models to be cleaned simultaneously in a single wash cycle.

Fast and thorough cleaning

Wash+ removes resin residues in 5 minutes or less and can therefore be efficiently integrated into the workflow.

Increased efficiency

With the ability to save up to 200 wash profiles, the fast and efficient cleaning process saves time and increases productivity.
