Description
With the ruthex soldering tips made of high-quality brass, you can melt threaded inserts cleanly and straight! The soldering tips are compatible with 900M and T18 soldering irons and are perfectly matched to all ruthex threaded inserts.
The soldering tips are particularly easy to change thanks to the thread of the soldering iron adapter. The soldering iron does not have to be completely unscrewed.
The special geometry of the soldering tips prevents damage to the 3D printed parts or the surface around the threaded insert. In addition, no contamination of the thread insert is caused during melting.
The contents of delivery includes tips for the thread inserts M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8, as well as a soldering iron adapter. REACH-compliant.
Tip: When inserting the ruthex threaded inserts, you should aim for a temperature of 10-15 °C above the hotend temperature.
Note: 1/4'' threaded insert can be used with the M6 soldering tip, M5S with M5, M4S with M4 and M3S with M3.
