Multilight technology for maximum flexibility

The combined ONE Plus + 7 + 34 system utilises blue laser lines and NIR structured light to enable high-precision scanning in all light conditions.

• Single laser line: For precise detection of deep and hard-to-reach areas. Ideal for narrow geometries such as boreholes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 1:6.
• 34 cross laser lines: For comprehensive 3D scans. This configuration efficiently covers larger areas and significantly increases the scanning speed - ideal for rapid digitisation of complex objects.
• 7 parallel blue laser lines: Captures complex structures with a high level of detail. Even intricate surface features are captured precisely at a maximum resolution of 0.1 mm - ideal for applications that demand high detail accuracy.
• NIR structured light: In near-infrared mode (NIR), structured infrared light is used to perform fast and markerless scans. This method is particularly suitable for sensitive surfaces or surfaces that are difficult to mark.

The combination of blue laser lines and infrared structured light enables flexible object detection across a wide range of sizes - from very small (5 mm3) to very large objects (up to 4000 mm3).

Precise, efficient & fast

With a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m and a scanning speed of up to 90 images/sec, the scanner delivers detailed results in the shortest possible time. The extended field of view speeds up the scanning process, especially for larger objects.

Innovative 4-lens stereo vision with extended detection range

Standard stereo lenses: Enable high-precision 3D capture of fine structures. Precise depth perception allows details to be reconstructed reliably and accurately.

Telephoto stereo lenses (long focal): For an especially large field of view for fast, markerless scanning of larger objects, including human bodies.

Intelligent control & software integration

Thanks to wireless operation and AI-optimised software, you can easily keep on top of complex workflows. Seamless integration into CAD, CAM and 3D printing processes ensures smooth further processing of the scan data.
