Description
The Phrozen protective film for LCD screens protects the LCD display from bumps, scratches as well as damage from leaking resin or other liquids! The durable screen protector is made of a robust and highly transparent PET material, which ensures perfect light transmission. Thus, the LCD light can pass through the protective film without any restrictions and does not affect the printing result.
Note: As a preventive measure against resin penetration into the printer, the protective film is larger than the LCD screen.
Instructions for applying the protective film
- Perform the installation of the protective film in a clean environment
- Clean the screen with wet wipes and dry it with a microfibre cloth.
- Use the dust absorber to suck up any remaining dust on the screen.
- Pull off the plastic cover film.
- Tape the protective film onto the LCD screen.
- Press gently with the squeeze card to properly secure the protective film.
- Pull off the plastic film from the front side and use the microfibre cloth to clean the protective film. Peeling off the plastic film could generate static electricity and attract dust.
Tip:
- Air bubbles in the protective film are a thorn in the side, of course, but they won't affect your prints if they are present in small amounts.
- Remember to do the Z-calibration after applying the protective film!
