Description

Bambu Lab PPA-CF is a carbon fibre-reinforced nylon that offers outstanding strength, precision and reliability. The material has exceptional mechanical properties and impressive performance in harsh environments - whether it's high humidity, under water or extremely high temperatures.

PPA-CF is 48% stronger and 102% stiffer than regular PA6-CF and offers dimensional stability with industrial precision that is almost similar to metals. The filament can be used to replace worn automotive and industrial parts - its remarkable durability makes it perfect for repairs and challenging projects.

With a moisture absorption capacity that is nearly 66% lower than PA6-CF, the stiffness and heat resistance of the material remain stable at all times no matter where. Furthermore, the material stays robust and dimensionally stable even in extreme heat and can withstand temperatures of up to 227¡ãC.

Note: This filament requires a hardened steel nozzle. Using a 0.2 mm nozzle is not recommended! The material must be dried before use for better print quality.

This filament is NOT compatible with Bambu Lab AMS systems!
