Plus4

The Plus4 from Qidi Tech is an FDM 3D printer that offers a generous build volume of 305 x 305 x 280 mm, enabling the realization of large and complex projects. Compared to its predecessor, the printer has been upgraded in many ways to offer even more flexibility and precision. High-temperature, high-performance and fibre filaments can be processed without any problems, the active chamber heating ensures precise temperature control and leads to a significantly improved surface quality and reduced warpage of the printed parts.

Versatile toolhead upgrade

Thanks to a versatile upgrade, the performance of the Plus4 Toolhead has been significantly improved compared to its predecessor:

• The optimised multi-metal composite nozzle has a hardened, extremely wear-resistant tip, which can handle all types of high-temperature, high-performance and fibre filaments with ease,
• The new Toolhead Cooling System has been equipped with a larger hotend fan and an advanced air duct fan,
• The integrated throat nozzle design has also been improved and features improved heat transfer, less clogging, lower risk of leakage, faster installation and removal, easier filament cleaning and faster jam removal.

Improved drive system for more power

The 3D printer is equipped with two independent spindle motors, 10 mm linear shafts and spindles. A 6 mm aluminium print bed ensures better flatness.

Active chamber heating

The Plus4 has a powerful 400-watt heater that reaches a chamber temperature of 65 °C within about 8 minutes. Thanks to a double-layer insulation of the chamber, more stable and consistent temperatures can be guaranteed for greater energy efficiency.
