Description

The eSUN PLA-Cast was specially developed for the precision casting process and offers a cost-effective, efficient alternative to conventional wax injection moulding. The material enables the precise production of models, which are then dipped in slurry and burnt out without leaving any visible residue behind.

Thanks to its excellent dimensional stability and clean burning, PLA-Cast is ideal for the transistor and metal casting process. After burnout, the mould remains flawless, ensuring precise results and a smooth surface quality.

Compared to traditional wax processes, PLA-Cast significantly reduces both manufacturing time and production costs - without compromising on accuracy or stability. This makes it the perfect choice for engineers, foundries and prototype developers who prioritise efficiency and reliability!
