Special design with 7 layers
Layer 1 ¡ú Base plate made of 580 HV hard, ferromagnetic spring steel
Provides strong magnetic hold and protects the printed models from deformation;
Layer 2 and 5 ¡ú Base coat with ultra-strong bonding agent for excellent adhesion between the top coat and the spring steel
Ensures that there is no risk of detachment even after repeated bending;
Layer 3 and 6 ¡ú Corrosion-resistant, shock-resistant intermediate layer
Protects against damage caused by nozzle punctures;
Layer 4 and 7 ¡ú Top Coat Intermediate layer with a porous oleophobic polymer coating
Provides ultra-strong adhesion without heating and prevents printing errors due to peeling.
