The Mintion Nutopress Pro is a professional heat insert press designed for the precise installation of threaded inserts in 3D-printed parts. Developed for use in workshops, maker spaces, and print farms, it combines high repeatability with an efficient workflow ¨C ideal for mechanically stressed printed components made from PLA, PETG, ABS and more.

Construction with Linear Rail Slider

A robust linear rail slider with a working height of 210 mm ensures smooth, vertical guidance of the soldering iron. This enables inserts to be placed with control and precise alignment ¨C even on larger and more complex components.

Height-Adjustable Positioning

The integrated, height-adjustable clamping unit allows parts to be securely positioned at varying heights.

90 W High-Performance Iron with Digital Display

The powerful 90 W soldering iron heats up quickly and maintains a stable temperature. A digital real-time display ensures precise control, providing optimal embedding conditions for a wide range of filament types.
