9K resolution & COB light source

The 7-inch monochrome LCD display has a stunning 9K resolution (8520 x 4320 pixels) and 18 ¦Ìm XY resolution, bringing even the smallest details and most intricate textures to life. A robust screen protector made of scratch-resistant, tempered 9H glass protects the screen from resin leakage and other possible damage.

A powerful 25-LED COB light source emits a 405 nm UV light beam with 92% light uniformity to produce high-precision prints with detailed surfaces, sharp corners and edges.

In addition to the exquisite detail reproduction, the Mars 5 Ultra manages to cure a layer in just 1.5~3 seconds, resulting in lightning-fast curing times.

Section-based exposure

A great new feature of the Mars 5 Ultra is its section-based exposure. This allows you to fine-tune the exposure time for each individual section, giving you more control and better printing results.

Tilt-Release Technology

The Mars 5 Ultra uses the innovative tilt-release technology, which allows the models to be released from the release film much more easily by "tilting" the resin tank after each individual layer. The technology allows higher speeds of up to 150 mm/h, and it is possible to switch between slow and fast printing modes.

Automatic levelling with one click: Automatic levelling allows you to start printing immediately after unpacking. An intelligent mechanical sensor allows the build plate to be levelled every time without any worries.

AI Camera Intelligent Detection

An integrated AI camera detects common printing errors and always keeps an eye on the real-time printing status. The smart camera detects both empty build plates and errors in the print model.

Mechanical sensor for smart printing

A built-in intelligent mechanical sensor detects residue to prevent possible damage to the LCD screen. In case of resin shortage and any levelling difficulties, you will be informed in time to avoid large printing errors and unnecessary material waste.
