Description
This technical PLA filament combines the easy processability of standard PLA with enhanced thermal and mechanical properties for professional applications. Polymaker HT-PLA-GF has been specially developed for users who are looking for high dimensional stability, excellent surface quality and temperature resistance combined in one material.
Technical properties:
- heat stable up to 150 °C (off bed) - without deformation after complete cooling,
- Temperature resistance above 110 °C after annealing,
- high printing speed up to 350 mm/s,
- simple, PLA-typical printing behaviour.
The filament enables the production of parts with high dimensional stability and strength, making it ideal for technical components, functional prototypes, brackets and applications in the automotive, electronics and tooling sectors.
Tip: You can easily anneal Polymaker? HT-PLA-GF to improve its heat resistance or to achieve a significantly higher heat deflection temperature (HDT). Polymaker recommends annealing the component for 30 minutes at 100 °C.
