Filament Drying Box

Say goodbye to annoying printing errors and unsightly results and unleash the full potential of your 3D printer! The filament drying box from Sovol protects your prints from moisture and prevents threads, bubbles or uneven extrusion lines.

Large capacity

The drying box has space for two filament spools, each measuring 200 x 70 mm, but it also allows the drying of individual larger spools (e.g. 2 or 3 kg spools) with a width of < 150 mm. The impressive capacity fits into any 3D printer setup!

The dryer is compatible with both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filaments.

Adjustable temperature and time

The temperature and drying time are set using function keys:

• Temperature range: 40 °C - 45 °C - 50 °C
• Drying range: 6 - 12 hours

Safe and sealed

The dry box is sealed with transparent silicone. After securing the box with locking clips and closing the Teflon outlets, you can store your filaments in a vacuum environment for a longer period of time. The dry box does not have to be switched on for this!

Sovol also recommends using 4 desiccant packs for better drying efficiency and quality.

Additional features:

• Display of filament moisture in real-time,
• Two locking clips for secure closure,
• Two Teflon outlets for smooth transport of the filament to the extruder ( tip : when closing the two outlets, the box can be used to store the filaments, when opening the outlets, the moisture can be drained to the outside)

Tip: If the filament is very wet, you can put it in the drying box 12-24 hours before printing.
