For scanning medium-sized and large objects

The combination of blue laser lines and structured infrared light enables the capture of objects with a size of 5 x 5 x 5 mm3 to 4000 x 4000 x 4000 mm3. The 3D scanner effortlessly captures technical parts, moulds, human bodies, large automotive components and much, much more.

22 + 7 laser lines for high efficiency and accuracy

The Creality Raptor Pro combines two types of blue laser lines:

22 cross laser lines: their crossed arrangement enables fast and precise capture of 3D data; while the 3D scanner quickly and effortlessly captures medium to large sized objects*;

7 parallel laser lines: each of the 7 parallel laser lines has a fineness of 0.1 mm to efficiently capture sharp edges and precise details. The parallel laser lines are used for partial HD scanning.

*Tip: Even large objects such as a car can be scanned in a single pass. Up to 660,000 points/second are processed ultra-fast and in high quality with a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm+0.08 mm/m.

Scanning at high speed

The Raptor Pro works at breakneck speed:

• Laser line scanning reaches speeds of up to 60 fps,
• Scanning with structured infrared light reaches speeds of up to 30 fps.

Scanning with structured NIR light

Markerless scanning: The Raptor Pro does not require markers on featureless objects to achieve perfect scanning results. Thanks to the one-shot 3D imaging technology, the 3D scanner is stabilised, making it less susceptible to tracking losses. The fast tracking speed ensures a smoother hand scan.

Face and body algorithm: A unique mapping algorithm captures even more details on the human body and can even easily scan hair (hint: the human body scan only takes 2 minutes!)

High-performance structure

• 2.3 million pixel 3D image camera,

Advanced temperature compensation algorithm can improve temperature stability and ensure accuracy.
