AlveoPRO

The AlveoPRO from Alveo3D is a certified exhaust system specifically designed to meet the challenges of 3D printing. This state-of-the-art device efficiently filters harmful emissions and ensures clean air quality in the workplace.

The AlveoPRO combines a powerful suction fan with a HEPA 14 filter and a special activated carbon blend to eliminate ultrafine particles and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The HEPA H14 filter meets the highest filtration standards and captures 99.95% of particles 0.3 ¦Ìm and larger.

Flexible and robust design

Thanks to its lightweight, black anodised aluminium structure, the elegant AlveoPRO blends elegantly into any work environment. Anti-vibration pads ensure stability and minimise the risk of movement during printing. With a flexible suction tube that can be extended up to 3 meters, the AlveoPRO can be easily adapted to a wide variety of housings and printers.

Intelligent features for a better printing experience

The device is equipped with a user-friendly LCD display that allows you to control fan speed, filter status and other settings. An integrated safety system informs you of possible faults and a USB interface enables regular firmware updates to keep the device up to date.

M100 filter

The device uses a M100-HEPA 14 filter made of glass fibre that captures over 99% of nanoparticles below 100 nm. Combined with specially selected activated carbon, the filter reduces unpleasant odours and effectively treats volatile organic compounds.
