Air Intake Grids

Alveo3D's Air Intake Grids provide a reliable ventilation solution for closed enclosures by keeping dust and foreign objects away from the 3D printer. Made from high-quality, temperature-resistant PETG material, the ventilation grids ensure efficient air circulation and protect sensitive components.

Each of the grids has a fine-mesh nylon grid that allows air to flow through easily while collecting visible dust. Thanks to an integrated sliding door, the airflow can be optimally adjusted to the printing needs.

Where do I place the air intake grids?

The Air Intake Grids are attached to the 3D printer's casing so that they are on the opposite side of the filter system to ensure better airflow. In addition, the grids should be arranged so that the distance between them is at least as large as the print bed (including its movements). This prevents the airflow from deforming the prints.

Compatible with and designed to match the AlveoONE filter system. Suitable for panels 3¨C8 mm.
