Nozzles made of hardened steel are perfect for processing filaments with abrasive particles. These specially hardened steel nozzles are virtually indestructible in 3D printing applications. Whether it's glow-in-the-dark, carbon, metal or wood filaments - hardened steel nozzles are the perfect option. The hardened surface of hardened steel makes it virtually impossible to wear out and our experience has shown that a nozzle made of this material tends to last longer than the printer itself. So if you work with more than just standard materials, hardened steel nozzles with different nozzle diameters should certainly be part of your repertoire of nozzles.
