Description

PA6-based high-temperature material

Spectrum PA6 Neat is a new high-temperature PA6-based engineering material characterised by its excellent thermal properties, chemical resistance to oils and lubricants.

Unlike unmodified PA6 or PA66, Spectrum PA6 Neat has good electrical insulation properties.

  • Thermal deformation temperature - HDT A 90 °C (ISO 75)

Applications of Spectrum PA6 Neat

Models made with Spectrum PA6 Neat allow long-term operation at elevated temperatures up to 120 °C (20,000 h) and short-term up to 160 °C (max. 200 h).

Printing & Storage of Spectrum PA6 Neat Filament

In order to achieve the attractive properties of Spectrum PA6 Neat from a technical point of view, care must be taken to store the material properly. Storage in a dry and dark place with a humidity of less than 15% is ideal.

In order to get the best possible parameters of the model, it is recommended to dry the material before use.
